Elizabeth (“Liz”) Pharo is Managing Partner of Featheringill Capital. Featheringill Capital breaks the traditional PE model to align the firm’s incentives with its partner companies and its investors while creating liquidity and growth. Pharo is the Chair of Eagle Automation, Experlogix, InvestEdge, and CompleteCase and is the past Chair of the board of directors at Momentum Telecom and SuccessEHS leading successful exits of both to Court Square Capital (2018) and Vista Equity Partners (2013) respectively.

Pharo is dedicated to the growth and development of the Birmingham, AL community. She currently serves on the boards of CommerceOne Bank, Swell Fundraising, Immediate, and Cahaba Brewing Company. She has served and presently serves as trustee of the Altamont School and Birmingham-Southern College respectively. She is the past Alabama State Chair for the Young President’s Organization and a Birmingham Kiwanis Club member. In addition, she serves on the board of the EDPA, Girlspring, Innovation Depot, the largest technology incubator in the Southeast, and is a member of the advisory boards of Southern Research Institute, Community Foundtion and Venture for America.
Pharo was recognized as one of Birmingham’s Top 40 Under 40 by the Birmingham Business Journal in 2014, one of Birmingham’s Top Women in Tech by the Birmingham Business Journal in 2016 and as southeastern finalist for the 2016 E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year.

A native of Birmingham, Alabama, Pharo earned a BS in computer sciences from Birmingham-Southern College and her MBA at UNC-Chapel Hill Kenan-Flagler Business School. She is married with four children and enjoys running and spending time with her family at the lake.
