Wendy has spent her career serving family enterprises, ultra-high net worth families, family offices, private trust companies, and family investment vehicles. Wendy works closely with first generation and multi-generational owned businesses and their owners to help them identify and navigate the unique characteristics and needs of family enterprises. This includes advising business owners, family office executives, and family members on individual, trust, and entity tax planning alternatives to maximize the transfer of wealth to future generations.

Wendy has also worked closely with operating companies to provide advisory services throughout the lifecycle of an investment, including assisting companies with due diligence, advising clients on advantageous structures, and evaluating the tax cost and after tax cash flow of various exit strategies.

Wendy serves as the US Family Enterprise leader and the National tax leader for Private Wealth.
