Dennis Haslam is an experienced business executive, consultant and former attorney. He currently serves on the board of directors of the Larry H. Miller Group of Companies, (LHM, a privately held company) in Salt Lake City, Utah. In 2015 he assisted the owner and chairman of LHM in creating a 12 member board of directors comprised of six ”independent” directors, four Miller family members, the CEO and himself as a “gray” director.
Dennis graduated from the University of Utah with a B.A. in history and a juris doctor from its law school. He co-founded the law firm of Winder & Haslam and practiced until 1997 when he joined LHM as President of the Sports and Entertainment Group which included the Utah Jazz of the NBA, Vivent Smart Home Arena, the Salt Lake Bees (AAA baseball), Megaplex Theatres and the Jordan Commons Office Tower. His first of three retirements occurred in 2007.

Dennis is married to the lovely and talented Deborah Haslam and they have three adult children. Dennis and Deborah are golfers, travelers and scuba divers.
