Lynn Clarke is an independent director, Chair & CEO with executive experience in Fortune 50 companies, private equity firms, and e-commerce. She has worked in more than 11 industries including: CPG, digital, home goods, manufacturing, distribution, food service and technology. She has served on eight family-held boards as both an independent chair and a director as well as Chair of Governance, Compensation and Audit committees. Lynn was recently named a “Top 20 Directors to Watch” by Private Company Director magazine.

Lynn was an executive at PepsiCo and General Mills with roles in general management, branding, prod-uct management, strategy, operations, manufacturing and distribution. After serving as CEO for two PE companies, she acquired and recently sold an award-winning global e-commerce business in the upscale branded kitchen products category.

As an independent director, Lynn’s role is to advise family companies on how to further grow and sustain profitable businesses via digital disruption and brand building, consistently incorporating family values and culture. Her goal is to guide family companies to have a deep understanding of customer needs and meet those needs better than competitors to achieve multi-generational success.
